It’s the most frustrating thing in the world! It makes us feel run down and have bad moods, at best you often work way below what you are capable of. It often results in arguments with our loved one’s, over the most stupid things (so who has not been there then eh?……..be honest now!). Even more seriously it can lead to tragedy whilst at work or driving the car.
